Responsibilities/Duties:
- E-mail administration - Enterprise level Exchange
- Active Directory - Expert level knowledge
- Desktop support
- Printer administration
- Asset management
- Desktop and laptop images
- IT Purchasing coordination
- RSA/Secureid administration
- IP Phone administration
- Blackberry devices administration
- Develop and deliver documentation to ensure appropriate support
- Provide implementation support as needed
- Provide technical support services to client and corporate technical staff, for the analysis and design of specific portions of complex, integrated systems. This includes exposure and subsequent usage of requirements analysis, cost-benefit analysis, human interface engineering, security analysis, test engineering, and performance analysis
- Participate in the development, migration, and maintenance of the corporate computing architecture
- Participate in the planning, building, upgrading, and maintenance of Windows desktops
- Understand and work within a formal change management framework
- Assist operations staff in the use and day-to-day management of systems and related peripherals
- Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotation

- Windows 2003 MCSE desirable or equivalent experience
